Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In their original packaging
- In the same condition in which they were received
We reserve the right to refuse returns on products that show signs of wear, damage, misuse, or are not returned in a resaleable condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you believe you have received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

Once we have reviewed the issue, we aim to respond within 48 business hours.
If a fault is confirmed, we may offer:
- A replacement item (subject to stock availability)
- A repair where appropriate
- A refund
- Store credit or an alternative resolution where appropriate
Cancellations

While we will do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once processing has begun or the order has been dispatched.
