Returns & Cancellation
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not allow refunds or exchanges on of our items.
For faulty Items, you will have 48 hours from receiving your product to inform us of any issues. Please kindly email email@example.com and let us know of the situations.
Upon Receiving a faulty product, if informed within the 48hours, a replacement will be sent out if the same coloured pair is still in stock. If not a gift card will be offered to use when product of your choice is back in stock. Please allow up to 48hours to assess the issue and hear back from us.
Please note that once you have placed an order, we process it as soon as we receive the order and so it cannot be cancelled.
