Returns

We want you to be confident in your purchase from Orig Shades.

If you change your mind about your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, provided the product is:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging and accessories
  • Free from damage, marks, scratches, or signs of wear

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, damaged, altered, or returned in a condition that makes them unsuitable for resale.

To initiate a return, please contact us at Origshades@hotmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the fault or damage

Once reviewed, we will provide an appropriate resolution which may include:

  • A replacement item
  • Store credit
  • A refund where applicable

We aim to respond to all claims within 48 business hours.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty, damaged, or sent incorrectly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Products returned outside the return period
  • Products showing signs of wear or use
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable)

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
